Our quality
We design our clothing to be worn often and to last.
We select our materials carefully and work with long-standing production partners who share our attention to quality and craftsmanship. Our clothing is made in Portugal and every product is checked before it is shipped.
With normal use and the right care, a Le Patron product will keep its quality and character.
Warranty & complaints
Do you feel a product does not meet the quality you may expect from Le Patron? Please get in touch. We assess every report individually and, where a claim is justified, look for a suitable solution.
The warranty generally covers material and manufacturing defects, such as:
- faulty or loosening stitching;
- faulty parts or fastenings;
- material defects that are not the result of normal use or wear.
The warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper use;
- incorrect washing or care;
- an accident or other external damage;
- repairs or alterations by third parties;
- natural discolouration or changes to the material through wearing and washing.
Have you received a damaged product or noticed a possible material or manufacturing defect? Please email us your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, clear photos showing the problem.
