DELIVERY

We ship our products to all countries in Europe, via the service of PostNL. Your signature is required upon delivery. Please keep this in mind while entering a delivery address.

If we receive your order before 3 p.m. on a working day, it will be shipped on the same day. If you place your order after 3 p.m. on a working day, it will be shipped on the next working day. If you place an order during the weekend, we will ship your order on Monday. Delivery charges and times can vary per country. Check the country chart below for delivery charges and times for your destination.

NOT AT HOME?

Post NL – or their logistics partner – will make one attempt to deliver your order to the address you entered. If there is no one at home, the courier will bring the package to the closest Post NL pickup point. The pickup notice in your mailbox will give you more information about the pickup point. Bring a valid identification document; you can take your package home once you have identified yourself.

TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE

The status of your order is available under ‘order status’ in your Le Patron account page. You will receive a PostNL track & trace number via email; you can use it to track the progress and expected delivery date of your package. 

Does the status of your order say ‘shipped’ but have you still not received anything within a reasonable period? Please contact us so that we can find out where the package is.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU / REST OF THE WORLD

Do you want to have your order shipped outside the EU? Please send us an email with the delivery address, and we will inform you of the delivery charges and expected delivery date.
